Materials and Tools Needed
- Pallet wood

Step 1: Deconstruct the Pallets
Begin by carefully taking apart the pallets. Use a circular saw to cut the ends away from the stringers and a hammer to pry the pallet boards away from the center support. This method minimizes the need for de-nailing later.

Once the pallets are deconstructed, remove any remaining nails. Be thorough to avoid any accidents while cutting or sanding the wood. After cleaning, run the boards through a table saw to create clean edges, cutting them to approximately 2” wide.
Step 3: Glue-Up the Panels
Next, apply wood glue to the ends of the boards and clamp them together to form panels. Create four panels for the sides, top, and bottom of the nightstand, as well as a drawer panel.
